Schraad Sales & Marketing Names Patrick Thompson President of Sales and Strategy

OKLAHOMA CITY – Schraad Sales and Marketing appointed Patrick Thompson as its new President of Sales and Strategy. This executive promotion recognizes Thompson’s significant and ongoing contributions to the company’s data-forward approach, departmental alignment, and overall growth.
Thompson joined Schraad in January 2021 as Vice President of Corporate Strategy – Center Store. The following year, he was promoted to Senior Vice President of Corporate Strategy, where he played a key role in developing the company’s Strategic Services department. His collaborative leadership and deep industry knowledge led to the creation of Schraad’s proprietary data insights platform, regarded as an industry gold standard and a key differentiator in delivering measurable client value.
He most recently served as Chief Strategic Officer, leading company-wide initiatives spanning business planning, analytics, and organizational development. “I am thrilled to announce Patrick Thompson as our new President of Sales & Strategy. In his new role, Thompson directs Sales, Strategy, and Business Intelligence operations and oversees the Retail Sales Enablement team. He also serves on Schraad’s Senior Executive Council and represents the company on the On-Shelf Marketing Group (OSMG) strategic council. Thompson will continue to focus on strengthening partnerships and guiding cross-functional initiatives that support long-term success.
He is only the third individual to hold the role of President since the business was founded in 1967, following Bill Schraad Sr. and current CEO Bill Schraad Jr. “I’m honored and excited to take on this new role.
