The Delaware Valley Floral Group, Inc. (DVFG) has reached an agreement to acquire certain assets of the Pittsburgh Cut Flower Company (PCF). The acquisition will be completed on August 1, 2016. PCF has two locations, located in Pittsburgh and Erie Pennsylvania. With corporate headquarters in Pittsburgh, PCF is a 118-year-old wholesaler serving Pittsburgh and the surrounding areas. The Pittsburgh and Erie locations will be consolidated into DVFlora, a division of DVFG.
The customers of the Pittsburgh and Erie locations will be served through a new Cranberry, PA facility, which will become a new DVFlora Sales and Distribution Center. Bob Luthultz, President of PCF will be managing the new region for DVFlora. Salespeople and other key personnel from both locations will be joining DVFlora.
