Quebec Cheese Recalled Over Listeria Fears

The Canadian Food Inspection Agency is warning Quebec and Ontario residents to avoid Le Belle de Jersey brand cheese, as it could contain Listeria.
The affected cheeses were produced in Saguenay, Que., and were sold between July 16 and Aug. 17. While no illnesses have been reported as a result of the cheese being consumed, ingesting Listeria bacteria can cause an infection called Listeriosis.
