Rising Sun Farms Expands Key Product Lines

Phoenix, OR (September 22, 2010) – In response to customer demand, Rising Sun Farms now offers their convenient Salad Energizer line in a larger 5.5 oz size. The company has also expanded the Oil Free Dressing line to include a new natural fig flavor.

In order to provide more of a good thing for retailers and consumers, Rising Sun Farms added a new larger size Salad Energizer container (5.5 oz.) that includes a re-sealable lid. Salad Energizers combine nuts or seeds, fresh cheese, and premium dried fruit ready to add to fresh salad greens and more. Owner and President, Elizabeth Fujas, says the versatility of the product warranted the packaging addition. "Customers are enjoying our Salad Energizers in a number of different ways; as easy and nutritious snacks, additions to muffin and bread mixes, as lunch box treats, and, of course, they are the perfect topping to create an instant gourmet salad.”

In response to consumer requests, Rising Sun Farms has added a Fig Dressing to their line of Oil Free Dressings & Marinades. "Our customers were asking for one of our most popular flavors from the past. We reformulated the recipe to be even more flavorful while still remaining affordable", explains Elizabeth. The full line of Rising Sun Farms Oil Free Salad Dressings & Marinades are cholesterol and fat free, low in carbohydrates, calories and sodium. The flavors are unique to the marketplace. Other flavors include: Raspberry, Pomegranate and Lemon-Thyme.
