Market Access for the Export of Fish and Seafood to the Sultanate of Oman

Following successful negotiations with the Sultanate of Oman, the Canadian Food Inspection Agency (CFIA) is pleased to announce that Canada has gained market access to export fish and seafood for human consumption to Oman. Two health certificates are available:
- Health certificate for the export of live fish, live crustaceans, and products derived from these animals for human consumption from Canada to the Sultanate of Oman (CFIA/ACIA FA1059)
- Health certificate for the export of live bivalve molluscs, live echinoderms, live tunicates, live marine gastropods and products derived from these animals for human consumption from Canada to the Sultanate of Oman (CFIA/ACIA FA1060)
The new health certificates will be implemented immediately.
