Braga Fresh Returning To The Balancing Act November 10th

Soledad, CA Braga Fresh Family Farms is returning to the award-winning morning show The Balancing Act® on the Lifetime® Channel on Monday November 10th at 7:00 a.m. (ET/PT). The show will re-air on November 17th at 7:00 a.m. (ET/PT) on Lifetime.

President and 3rd generation farmer Rod Braga, along with food and lifestyle expert Chadwick Boyd, return to The Balancing Act with host Olga Villaverde to talk about organic produce and family traditions, and to share fresh, flavorful and festive ways to incorporate whole vegetables into meals and encourage families to eat more veggies this holiday season.

Braga will talk about traditions started by his “Nonnie Josie,” the inspiration for the Josie’s Organics brand, which he still practices today with his own family. Boyd will share two specially developed recipes inspired by Josie and using farm fresh organic produce: Grilled Pear and Curly Parsley Crostini, and Roasted Sweet Baby Broccoli with Parmesan Pecan Gremolata.
