Chunk Foods and Pastrami Queen have announced a partnership that will see the latter New York City deli introducing a plant-based pastrami care of the former brand.
The Moynihan Food Hall location will be introducing The Prince powered by Chunk sandwich, which starts off with rye bread topped with Chunk’s plant-based pastrami along with New York-style deli mustard and a pickle on the side.
The sandwich comes as a meat-free option that’s sure to catch the attention of many customers with an interest in meat-free fare.
