Champaign IL – The American Meat Science Association (AMSA) is pleased to announce, Randy Blach, Paul Clayton, and Frank Rabe will be the featured speakers at the AMSA 72nd Reciprocal Meat Conference (RMC) Symposium entitled Enhancing the Competitiveness and Value of U.S. Beef on Monday, June 24 in Loveland, CO. This session will be Co-sponsored by the Colorado Beef Council and the U.S. Meat Export Federation. The AMSA 2019 RMC is co-hosted by Colorado State University and JBS USA Food Company.
The featured presentations include:
U.S. and Global Market Landscape and Situation for Beef, Pork, and Poultry: Randy Blach the CEO of CattleFax will provide a detailed update on the U.S. situation and outlook and will highlight important production and export trends that are developing in the global protein markets.
Opportunities and Challenges with Marketing U.S. Meat in International Markets: In this presentation Paul Clayton, Senior Vice President of Export Service at the U.S. Meat Export Federation, will focus on value opportunities in various international markets for U.S. red meats. In addition, there will be discussion on technical barriers that may be encountered with some foreign markets.
What the Future of The International Markets Look Like: Come join Frank Rabe who currently serves as the International Sales Manager for Agribeef, as he shares his perspective of factors and trends that will impact and determine the international sales environment in the coming years.
