Lebanon-based Royer’s Flowers & Gifts will open its first Carlisle store in August.
The flower shop chain is building a store at 100 York Road, and construction should be complete in July, President and CEO Greg Royer said.
Wayne Noss Flowers, which Royer’s acquired in 2009, will move from 525 Mountain Road, South Middleton Township, to the new store in Carlisle, he said. At that point, the name will change to Royer’s.
The Carlisle store will be about 4,500 square feet, larger than the Mountain Road location and able to accommodate future growth, Royer said. The location, near various other shops and restaurants, also will be a better retail location, he said.
