Monroe, Wisconsin – Roth® Cheese, maker of award-winning Wisconsin specialty cheese, is excited to add a new flavored gouda to its collection. Green Goddess Gouda has a creamy texture and pleasing flavor that will add depth to any sandwich, panini or snack. Roth’s traditional Gouda is carefully infused with classic, fresh herbs like tarragon, chives, parsley and garlic for a flavor that is timeless and satisfying.
To celebrate the debut of Green Goddess Gouda, Roth Cheese will donate a portion of retail sales of Green Goddess Gouda to The Goddess Project, a new organization established by Roth Cheese to help empower community leaders to turn their ideas into actions.
“We know there are amazing individuals looking to make a difference in their communities,” said Heather Engwall, Vice President of Marketing at Emmi Roth. “With the launch of Green Goddess Gouda and The Goddess Project we hope to provide these community leaders with the financial assistance they need to turn an idea into reality.”
This new Gouda cheese joins the company’s array of Dutch-style goudas including Roth Original Van Gogh Gouda, 3 Chile Pepper Gouda, Sriracha Gouda, Natural Smoked Van Gogh Gouda, Vintage Van Gogh Gouda and Roth Organic Van Gogh Gouda.
Roth Green Goddess Gouda is available now for retailers in 7.5-pound loaves and 6-ounce retail cuts. For more information visit rothcheese.com.
