NEW YORK — September 16, 2026 — The Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium today announced a robust series of immersive activities bookable on Airbnb Experiences launching across Manhattan and Brooklyn this fall. Following a successful pilot program in Paris earlier this year, this multi-partner initiative bridges authentic Italian heritage with New York’s dynamic food culture through premium supper clubs, chef-led dining, and elevated tailgating.

At the heart of the fall lineup is the new flagship experience, “Get Game Day Ready with Parmigiano Reggiano.” Tailored specifically for New Yorkers, this bespoke event reimagines America’s classic game-day food ritual. Guests will taste diverse maturations of Parmigiano Reggiano, discover unexpected flavor pairings, and master the art of building a premium grazing board. The flagship is co-hosted by Italian chef Andrea Belfiore (Ciao Evento) and creator Ella Kahan (ChewYorkCity), seamlessly blending Italian tradition with a modern New York perspective.

The series kicked off on September 13th, with an exclusive media preview at Tribeca’s EVÈNTO. Attendees participated in the inaugural board-making workshop before gathering to watch the New York Jets’ first away game of the season. Five public editions of “Get Game Day Ready” will be available to book exclusively through Airbnb Experiences over the coming weeks.

In addition to the flagship workshops, Parmigiano Reggiano will integrate into a curated collection of existing, highly rated New York Airbnb Experiences, including:

Rusty Supper Club: This lively, communal Brooklyn dining format will weave Parmigiano Reggiano into thoughtfully created seasonal menu informal tastings, and innovative pairings.

Golden Cat: Michelin-trained private chef Nicholas Tran will host intimate, 8-seat sessions exploring complex cheese maturations and contemporary culinary applications.

Frank’s House: Guided by chef Gina Bruno, this experience will showcase the versatility of Parmigiano Reggiano through highly curated, artistic menu formats and storytelling within Gina’s beautifully renovated Brooklyn brownstone event space known as Frank’s House where she serves as both executive chef and event coordinator. Available to book soon.

“Parmigiano Reggiano has always been a product shaped by craft, heritage and time,”’ said Carmine Forbuso, Head of Marketing at Parmigiano Reggiano Consortium. “‘Following our pilot program in Paris, the New York initiative gives us the opportunity to explore the product through New York food culture. By collaborating with these incredibly talented local culinary hosts, we are showing epicures how easily Parmigiano Reggiano can elevate everyday occasions—from an intimate dinner party to a Sunday football gathering.”

The Parmigiano Reggiano New York experiences will run from September through November and will be available to book via Airbnb Experiences at airbnb.com/e/parmigianoreggiano. Experiences will also launch across London in the fall.
