FAIRFIELD, CA — True Story Foods, a family-run producer of all-natural, humanely raised meats, is continuing its rapid expansion with the debut of seven new fresh pork products in 300 Target stores across California. Marking the brand’s entry into the marinated fresh pork category, the lineup is designed to make dinnertime easier, offering ready-to-cook options that skip the prep without sacrificing flavor, quality, or real ingredients – another step in True Story’s ongoing growth and expanding retail presence. 

Bringing bold, chef-inspired flavors to the table, the three pre-marinated offerings include Original BBQ Seasoned Petite Pork Shoulder Roast, Chili Crunch Boneless Pork Loin Filet, and Rosemary Citrus Boneless Pork Loin Chops.

The assortment also includes two fresh pork staples, St. Louis Style Pork Spareribs and Boneless Pork Tenderloin, alongside two ground options: Chorizo Ground Pork Sausage, perfect for adding bold flavor to eggs or quick tacos, and Vermont Maple Syrup Breakfast Ground Pork Sausage, ideal for brunch favorites.

All products are sourced from specialty heritage breed hogs that are humanely raised with room to roam on small family farms and fed thoughtfully, reflecting the brand’s ongoing commitment to animal welfare and transparency.

The launch follows strong Target shopper response to True Story’s Single Serve Snack Packs and Organic Grass-Fed Mini Beef Hot Dogs.
