We’re thrilled to introduce the fusion of our French pastry techniques with Oishii’s perfect strawberries to create the Oishii Berry Trois Mille Crêpes, a three-layered celebration unlike anything else we’ve created before.
At the base of this masterpiece is delicate cheesecake topped with a compote made with Oishii’s three berry varieties—Omakase, Koyo, and Nikko Berries. In the middle, Lady M’s Signature Mille Crêpes is reimagined with blush pink crêpes. The third crowning layer is a crystal-clear Omakase Berry terrine, infused with Sauternes wine and finished with fresh cream.
