Sammontana and Tre Marie make Their U.S. Trade Debut in Chicago

Kearny, NJ Bindi North America returns to the National Restaurant Association Show in Chicago with an expanded presence and a renewed focus on culinary innovation. For the first time, the renowned Italian dessert group showcases not only its iconic Bindi brand but also welcomes two new names to the table: Sammontana, Italy’s leading gelato producer, and Tre Marie, the historic Milanese brand known for its refined pastry products.

The event marks a strategic first step in introducing the brand portfolio to the American foodservice industry. Visitors to booth 2775 can enjoy a curated tasting experience that reflects the group’s evolving portfolio, including the new signature butter croissants by Tre Marie, Sammontana’s Cupola-format scoop gelato line, and the new creations from the 2025 collection of Bindi.

The expanded brand portfolio is the result of a landmark operation that led to the formation of Sammontana Italia, a new holding uniting some of the most relevant names in the industry, such as Bindi, Sammontana, Tre Marie, Forno d’Asolo, and Gelpat. With a shared commitment to quality, innovation, and artisanal tradition, the Group is now poised for significant growth. This ambition was further underscored by the acquisition of La Rocca Creative Cakes, a Canadian leader in premium in-store bakery, marking a strategic step in expanding the Group’s presence in North America.
