Calgary Co-Op Launches New Line Of Co-Op Perfect Meat Products

CALGARY – A new line of premium meats, deemed Co-op Perfect, is now available at all 24 Calgary Co-op ("Co-op") food stores. The Co-op Perfect line provides an alternative for Co-op members who have requested products sourced from local alternative production practices.

Co-op Perfect Pork: Alberta pork, no hormones, open pen raised, 100% vegetable grain fed and aged 14-days.

Co-op Perfect Beef: 100% Alberta Angus beef, no added antibiotics, no growth hormones, range fed, AA grade or better, aged 14 days and halal approved.

Co-op Perfect Goat: Alberta fresh spring goat, no antibiotics, no hormones, free range, grass and grain fed.
