Crawfish Supply Gradually Coming Back Into East Texas

In Tyler, Texas, a recent drought had left local businesses struggling, particularly impacting Circle M Crawfish, which found itself without its main product. Events Director Lisa Werner noted this shortage significantly reduced customer traffic. Fortunately, crawfish have now arrived from Louisiana, bringing much-needed relief to the affected businesses.
TYLER, Texas — Some crawfish have finally made their way from Louisiana to East Texas after the drought was affecting some local businesses for weeks.
Not long ago, Circle M Crawfish was left without the second half of their name – the crawfish.
This affected the amount of customers that came in, according to Events Director Lisa Werner.
