Riveridge Produce Promotes, Adds New Staff

Sparta, Mich. – As part of its ongoing expansion plans, Riveridge Produce has added Kari Soldaat to its sales team as an account manager.
Soldaat has 17 years’ experience in sales and marketing for major Consumer Packaged Goods companies. Most recently she was the Associate Director of Club & Specialty sales for BISSELL Homecare, Inc. During this time she developed and implemented a club and broadcast channel strategy. Prior to BISSELL, she worked for Quaker Food & Beverages, Colgate-Palmolive, and the Wm. Wrigley Jr. Co. During this time, she held numerous roles within Category Management, Sales and Customer Marketing.
Soldaat, of Rockford, Michigan, holds a Business Administration degree with a major in Food Marketing from Western Michigan University.
Danny Rock has also been promoted to production manager with Riveridge Land Company. Since 2008, Rock has worked in Riveridge’s accounting and finance department. His new role reflects Riveridge's on-going effort to cross-train its next-generation team.
Riveridge has promoted Dan Winowiecki to manager of accounting and finance. Since joining the team, he has made a significant impact on the business side of the enterprise. Winowiecki spent 32 years with the Michigan-based Cherry Growers, Inc., before joining Riveridge in August 2014.
Riveridge Produce Marketing, Inc., is a vertically integrated apple grower/packer shipper headquartered in Sparta, Michigan. The company typically sells more than one-third of Michigan’s fresh apple crop in up to 26 states and a dozen foreign countries. The company recently turned 25 years old.
