Kaster brings more than 25 years of technical experience in areas of food safety, quality assurance, and animal welfare and executive roles managing teams across livestock industry companies and organizations. Most recently, she has served as the Executive Director of the Professional Animal Auditor Certification Organization (PAACO).

The American Meat Science Association (AMSA) is pleased to announce, Randy Blach, Paul Clayton, and Frank Rabe will be the featured speakers at the AMSA 72nd Reciprocal Meat Conference (RMC) Symposium entitled Enhancing the Competitiveness and Value of U.S. Beef on Monday, June 24 in Loveland, CO.
