BILOXI, Miss. – The Mississippi Department of Marine Resources has announced the opening of Area II “A” Conditionally Approved Waters to the tonging only of oysters, effective at legal sunrise Saturday, Nov. 20, 2010.
Area II “A” Conditionally Approved Waters (opening) – This area includes northern portions of Pass Christian and Henderson Point reefs and Hornets reef.
All other current rules and regulations will remain in effect.
