United Supermarkets To Purchase Seven Lawrence Bros. Stores

The United Family and Lawrence Bros. Co. entered into an agreement for United Supermarkets to purchase seven West Texas and New Mexico Lawrence Bros. locations.
Texas stores in Abilene, Breckenridge, Clyde, Seminole and Seymour and New Mexico locations in Roswell and Ruidoso are scheduled to transition by early summer, according to a Friday news release from The United Family.
Stores in Breckenridge, Seymour, Clyde and Abilene will open as United Supermarkets; Seminole’s will become a Super Saver Foods; and New Mexico stores will become Albertsons Market.
