Maglio & Co. Preps For Expansion

Produce wholesaler Maglio & Co. is expanding to southern Texas and upping its use of off-shored produce, company president Sam Maglio Jr. said during a Milwaukee Business Journal roundtable discussion Tuesday.
Locally, Maglio & Co. houses fruit and vegetables in a Glendale warehouse at 4287 N. Port Washington Road. Maglio was one of several local leaders from the food and beverage industry who spoke on challenges and opportunities for growth.
Expansion at Maglio & Co. comes from developing new products and expanding geographically, Maglio said.
