Brooklyn, NY – Interrupcion* announces the hiring of Dennis Moleta as Senior Business Development Manager as of October 1st. In this position, Moleta will spearhead sales to new clients throughout North America. He will also launch marketing programs for key retail accounts for Interrupcion*'s entire product line. "We are tasking him to help retailers tell the Taste Me Do Good* story and educate customers," says states Rafael Goldberg, CEO of Interrupcion* Taste Me Do Good* in Brooklyn, NY.

Moleta comes to Interrupcion* at a time of expansion for the company and category. "We're at a point of rapid growth in terms of supply and rapidly growing market opportunity, says Goldberg. "With Dennis on board we aim to continue our rapid expansion of various items. He has a great track record and we're really excited to welcome him as part of our dynamic team."

Moleta brings over 20 years of sales and marketing experience in the produce industry to Interrupcion*. Before joining the company, he worked for Wholesum Family Farms in Nogales, AZ, a premium organic grower and suplier of tomatoes and vegetables, handing sales, marketing, branding, inventory control and logistics.  He previously worked in marketing, sales, merchandising, distribution and account management for numerous industry clients including Chilean Fresh Fruit Association, Chilean Avocado Importers Association,  APIO/Eat Smart, Northwest Cherry Commission/Washington State Fruit, Produce for Better Health Foundation, National Mango Board, and Pink Lady Apple USA. He also spent 10 years as the Northeast Regional Marketing Manager for the Florida Department of Citrus.

He aims to put his experience to work for interrupcion* to increase sales, improve category management and build brand awareness of Taste Me Do Good. "Fair trade and organics continue to be growth categories that are consistent and continue to generate interest and excitement," explains Moleta.  "It's important to keep fair trade organics 'top of mind' with retailers and consumers across the country as more and more consumers want to know where their food is grown and the conditions it's grown in.
