Restaurant-Style Marinated Meat And Poultry In Retail Sales From National Steak

National Steak and Poultry’s (NSP) dock sale is around the corner. Slated for January 18, 2011, the sale is open to employees and retail customers. Unlike commercial sales, where restaurant chains, pizzerias and other food based outlets buy from National Steak, dock sales are held almost every month specifically for individual buyers.
With a wide variety of marinated, pre-portioned beef and poultry to choose from, the dock sale offers individual consumers a rare chance to buy professional, restaurant-style steaks and ready-to-serve lines. National Steak and Poultry carries pre-cut pieces, product sizes and fully cooked products that are ideal for use in any cuisine, from Cordon-bleu to all-American. Thanksgiving specials such as turkey prime-ribs will be subject to availability at the time of sale.
Some of the products available are spicy breaded chicken tenders, fully cooked beef crumbles, and chicken breast strips. Each product comes in cases weighing between 8-25lbs. The cases contain individual packs that can be opened one at a time. All products come in bulk-packed cases with case codes and packaging dates on each pack that can be tracked nation-wide.
Dock sales also provide phone-in orders, along with delivery. Though, phone-in orders and pick-ups aren’t offered on the day of the sale. NSP staff present at the sale will guide buyers to make appropriate choices from how products can be stored after opening to which product will suit a certain style of cuisine.
National Steak and Poultry are also participating in the Share Our Strength’s Great American Bake Sale. Baked dishes using National Steak and Poultry products and ingredients will be available at the January 18, 2011 dock sale. Company representative says that proceeds from the sale are donated to Share Our Strength.
