Registration for the AMI International Meat, Poultry and Seafood Industry Convention and Exposition, to be held April 13-16, 2011, at McCormick Place in Chicago, Ill., is now open and those registering before January 14, 2011, will be eligible for a chance to win a $100 gift certificate to Ruth's Chris Steakhouse-Chicago.
Those who register this week are also eligible to win future drawings. Past prizes have included $100 gift certificates and a two-night stay at The Westin Michigan Avenue in Chicago. The two-night stay was promoted via Facebook and Twitter last week and the prize was awarded to Steve Cortinas with Dakota Premium Foods.
