THE WOODLANDS, TX – Companies within the Fortifi Food Processing Solutions (“Fortifi”) unified platform of leading global brands will highlight meat/bone separation solutions at SIAL Paris 2026 from October 17-21 at Paris Nord Villepinte, France. Representatives from LIMA and Provisur will be on hand in booth Hall 6, Stand C211.
LIMA will feature its RM 70 SM, a compact, high-performance separation solution dedicated to the production of very high-quality mechanically separated meat (MSM) with optimal yields, controlled structure, color and low calcium content. The LIMA RM 70 SM can be configured for deboning or grinding-desinewing applications, enabling processors to adapt to evolving production needs while delivering substantial throughput and consistently achieving excellent separated meat quality.
Provisur will demonstrate its STS 800 soft tissue separator, suitable for processing meat, fish, seafood, poultry, fruits and vegetables. It uses a flexible pressing belt to pull food product through and press it against a perforated drum. Soft materials move through holes in the drum while a scraping knife removes cartilage, bone and other contaminants into a waste chute. The STS 800 processes 770-3,100 lbs. (350-1,400 kg) per hour with low temperature rise. The unit’s simple, robust design is easy to clean and maintain.
