ROCKVILLE — When Glen Wood comes to work each morning, he knows he's working on a "passion project."

"When I first got here, the walls had just been put up," Wood said. "It's really been a dream come to reality."

"The dream" is the new Stickney Hill Dairy production facility in Rockville, which started producing chevre (a rich, creamy goat cheese) in January.

Wood, a self-proclaimed "goat cheese connoisseur" and general manager of the facility, personally oversaw the completion of construction and the beginning of production.
