WATERLOO, Wis. — Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese, a Wisconsin-based farmstead cheesemaker, has teamed up with three acclaimed chefs from Madison and Milwaukee to create a collection of recipes to highlight the versatility of cheese in culinary applications and celebrate National Cheese Lovers Day on January 20th.
The collaboration brings together chefs from both cities to develop original dishes from appetizer to dessert, each featuring Crave Brothers cheeses as a central ingredient. The chefs were tasked with putting their own personal stamp on an original dish that uses one of the award-winning cheeses. The resulting recipes highlight how high-quality Wisconsin cheese can elevate any course of the meal. Recipes range in level of difficulty to appeal to all types of home cooks.
“Our cheeses are designed to be versatile, and partnering with three acclaimed chefs truly brings that to life as they showcase each of their culinary styles throughout the dishes,” said Roseanne Crave, sales and marketing manager at Crave Brothers Farmstead Cheese. “This collection of recipes showcases what’s possible when talented chefs who value local ingredients put their creativity to work.”
