Arena Cheese Wins Three Medals In 2016 World Cheese Championships

Master Cheese Maker and owner, Bill Hanson, announced a clean sweep of the Colby cheese category last week at the World Cheese Championships. Arena cheese won BEST IN CLASS for traditionally made COLBY for the third year in a row. This year there were over 2900 cheese entries world-wide. Arena Cheese also won a silver medal for 2nd place and a bronze medal for 3rd place for their Colby Cheese.
Arena Cheese also crafts award-winning Colby/Jack cheese, first discovered at the plant in 1979, plus American Cheese Society medal winner fresh Cheddar curds and Spring Green™ Gouda cheese.
