ALTA Foods will be in Chicago November 15 to 17, showcasing our tortilla manufacturing capabilities and connecting with retailers looking for private label solutions. From traditional flour and corn tortillas to better-for-you innovation and foodservice products, we are excited to show what ALTA can do. Will you be in Chicago? Come see us at Booth F1259!

It has been a busy few months at ALTA Foods! Our team has been on the move, connecting with customers and partners at industry events across the country. From NASCAR weekend in Bristol to food shows, franchise conventions and a tortilla technology conference, each stop has brought new conversations and opportunities. Here’s a look at where we’ve been—and where we’re headed next!

Race Weekend with Food City

ALTA Foods joined Food City for an exciting NASCAR weekend at Bristol Motor Speedway! Our team served up fresh-fried tortilla chips and Fiesta pinwheels, giving race fans a taste of ALTA during one of Food City’s biggest events of the year. We are proud of our continued partnership with Food City and always enjoy seeing our products come to life outside the grocery aisle.

Connecting with Foodservice

Our foodservice team has been busy connecting with customers and partners across the Southeast. Steve Dill attended the Bojangles Franchise Convention in Orlando, where he worked alongside the Bojangles culinary team and got a firsthand look at new menu ideas planned for 2027. We also attended the US Foods Immersion Show in Raleigh and the Carolina Food Show in Myrtle Beach, showcasing our foodservice products alongside our partners at FSE.

Keeping Up with the Tortilla Industry

Our team traveled to Nashville for the Tortilla Industry Association Tech Conference, which brought together tortilla manufacturers and suppliers from across the industry. One of the biggest takeaways: the tortilla category continues to grow, while changing consumer priorities are creating new opportunities for innovation. The team also toured JC Ford’s facility in Columbia, Tennessee, for a firsthand look at the technology and automation shaping the future of production.
