SYRACUSE, N.Y. – American Dairy North East’s 2019 annual report – Building Sales and Trust – is now available online.
“We’re pleased to share the 2019 annual report that shows the work we’re doing on behalf of the nearly 10,000 dairy farmers in our region to build sales and trust in their products,” said ADA North East CEO Rick Naczi. “Our team is very conscientious to use checkoff dollars in the most effective, fiscally responsible way to ensure that milk and dairy products, along with the dairy farm families, are well represented with our consumers of every age.”
Included in the report are messages from Naczi, in addition to the dairy farmer chairmen – Richard Byma, Sussex, N.J., Vernon Horst, Chambersburg, Pa., and Jeff Raney, Adamsville, Pa.
The report also details the association’s programs related to retail, youth educational programs in schools, consumer education and media outreach, farmer advocacy, hunger relief collaborations, environmental partnerships, dairy princess programs, and national partnerships. Financial records are also included to outline the income and expenditures of dairy farmer checkoff investments.
