The Spring Hill Bakery is closing its brick-and-mortar operation to concentrate on a growing demand for the business’s online cookie sales and other efforts that will transcend the local retail market.
Saturday will be the final day of business for the local storefront located at 309 Hardin Alley.
The celebrated local bakery will halt production on their breads, cinnamon rolls and quick breads to focus solely on their cookie line, serving local communities with delivery and nationally to all 50 states through shipping.
