LOS ANGELES — BakeMark announced that Gary Schmidt has decided to step down as President & CEO of BakeMark and pursue other opportunities.

Effective immediately, Jim Parker, Chairman, will assume the role of President & CEO for BakeMark, in addition to his role as Chairman.
