It's Kentucky Derby time, which means it's the season for authentic Derby-Pie® — the treat that many fans feel merits consideration as the official dessert of Kentucky. There's only one Derby-Pie® chocolate nut pie and that's the mantra of Rupp — and his patent-and-trademark attorneys.
