In a news release, the California-based specialty grocery store chain said it would open its first three Colorado stores on Feb. 14, 2014.
Those locations, one at Boulder's Twenty Ninth Street mall, one at East 8th Avenue and Colorado Boulevard in Denver, and one at the Cherry Hills Marketplace, 5901 S. University Blvd., planned to open from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. daily. The Grand Opening on Valentine's Day will be marked with a "ceremonial lei cutting" according to the release.
