Rene Produce Certifies Its Organic Romas

A market-leading producer of the Rene Reserve Roma tomato during the Winter Mexican tomato deal has just been certified by Primus Labs as a certified Organic Roma producer.
The Roma category extends the company’s entrance into Organics, where Rene started with Long English Cucumbers launched in 2011.
The first lots of Organic Roma are being packed in 25# bulk, and each tomato will have a PLU sticker. The company also will be packing 1# Clamshells as well.
The bulk boxes are now available from both the McAllen, TX, and Nogales, AZ, distribution facilities.
