Green Valley Organics Introduces Crème Fraîche For Foodservice

SEBASTOPOL, Calif. – When it comes to taking the heat in the kitchen, Green Valley Organics new crème fraîche does just that and Bay Area chefs are responding enthusiastically. This is the first product from Green Valley Organics to be developed specifically for the foodservice industry.
The crème fraîche has won chef approval for its ability to stand up to the high heat from industrial stove tops. Also chef-approved is that the product is Certified Humane Raised and Handled®, organic and made in a 100 percent solar-powered creamery.

Because of its higher fat content, crème fraîche can be heated to higher temperatures without fear of it curdling or separating.
