Hanging flower baskets and bright potted plants line West Cowlitz Street in the heart of Castle Rock. Vibrant flowers glow in every corner, and the city’s new official flower, Gaura Stratosphere White, seems to shine everywhere.
The colorful urban display has won Castle Rock another national recognition.
Proven Winners, a nationwide plant brand, has named Castle Rock its first Proven Winners Signature City. The award certifies the partnership between Castle Rock and Proven Winners.
