Graham-based Lindley Mills, an organic specialty flour mill and mix manufacturer that serves bakers, processors, distributors, and restaurants, is working on an expansion that will nearly triple the size of its operations.
Joe Lindley, president of the company that is among Triad Business Journal's 2018 Family Business Award winners being recognized tonight, said Top Construction in Burlington is the general contractor for a 30,000-square-foot expansion of Lindley's operations, which now span about 17,000 square feet at 7763 Lindley Mill Road. The additional space will accommodate warehousing, office, packaging and processing operations.
Lindley said construction of the new space was slated for completion earlier this year, but complications with the terrain of the site slowed progress.
