SANDPOINT, IDAHO – Litehouse Inc., a 100 percent employee-owned company and the number-one Refrigerated Salad Dressing (RSD) brand in the U.S. and Canada, has named Robert (Rob) Tyrrell to the role of Vice President, Manufacturing. In his position, Rob will oversee the operations of five food manufacturing facilities in multiple states to support the company’s fast-paced growth in the dressings, dips, sauces, cheese and herb categories. In the past two years, Litehouse has nearly doubled the size of its manufacturing operations, and invested more than $30 million on facilities, equipment and innovations to meet increased consumer demand. Rob will further contribute to the company’s ongoing expansion and operational efficiencies.
A graduate of University of Texas Arlington with a degree in Microbiology, Rob is a 25-year industry veteran who brings to Litehouse extensive food industry expertise in manufacturing, food safety, supply chain management, co-packing and packaging innovation. Most recently, he spent more than a decade at The Hain Celestial Group, holding key manufacturing and operations positions.
