In the coming years, Royal FloraHolland will adapt its organization to achieve its objectives within the framework of the Royal FloraHolland 2020 strategy.
We are achieving this by:
- Working more efficiently
- Terminating certain operations
- Partly outsourcing work
Unfortunately, that means that we will be saying goodbye to about a hundred people in 2017. We told our staff today where and how we want to revise the organization. In broad terms, we will be adapting the organization to be faster and more responsive to the needs of growers and customers.
We are holding talks with the works council and trade unions about our intentions and are raising our workers' chances of employment through training, for example.
