Globe Announces Quick-Clean Coating For Entire Line Of Premium Slicers

DAYTON, OH – Globe Food Equipment is pleased to announce its new Quick-Clean™ coating available as an option on its line of premium food slicers. This special coating enhances the slicer surface making it much easier to clean, especially when using the unit to slice sticky products such as cheese. The Quick-Clean™ coating is available on areas of the slicer that are primary food contact areas – the knife cover and the slicer table.

Globe Food Equipment received NSF approval for its Quick-Clean™ proprietary nickel-based coating. The National Sanitation Foundation is the world leader in standards development and product certification for public health and safety.
