Kroger Buys Another Blue Ash Building For Expansion

Kroger Co. purchased a second building in Blue Ash for its plans for a new distribution center in the city.

Kroger (NYSE: KR) purchased the more than 42,000-square-foot building at 6200 Creek Road from Muenchen’s Furniture for $1.45 million. The nation’s largest traditional grocer purchased a neighboring distribution center, 6300 Creek Road, in March 2015 for $9.3 million.
