American Cheese Society Relocates Certification Celebration Month to February

The American Cheese Society (ACS) is skipping October and moving the celebration to early next year.

For the past few years, ACS has celebrated its certified community each October. This year, ACS is excited to announce that Certification Celebration Month is officially moving to February.

“Why the change? February aligns perfectly with the start of certification application season, when interest and engagement are at their highest. By celebrating during this time, we can better recognize the achievements of our certified professionals while also encouraging and supporting those working toward certification.”

A few things to know:

• No celebration this October: As we transition to the new schedule, we won’t be hosting our usual campaign next month.
• Save the date for February: We’re planning new toolkits, digital badges, community spotlights, and more.
• More opportunities to connect: February will bring together certified professionals, aspiring certificants, and supporters in one month-long celebration of achievement and growth.
• Stay tuned: We’ll share more details and resources as we get closer to the new year.
