H Mart’s Orlando food hall is about to get a lot bigger. The Asian supermarket giant has finished construction on a Phase 2 expansion of its food hall at 7501 W. Colonial Drive, adding six new vendors that opened on August 21.

The Phase 2 expansion doubles the food hall’s dining choices, H Mart President Brian Kwon said in an August announcement carried by PRLog. The food hall is attached to the store’s supermarket floor, which spans more than 100,000 square feet on its own.

The West Colonial Drive location marked H Mart’s first store in Florida when it opened on September 25, 2025, after more than four years of local anticipation, according to Orlando Weekly. An H Mart affiliate had purchased the 17.9-acre Westland Terrace Plaza property back in February 2021, redeveloping a former SuperTarget building that had sat vacant for nearly 12 years. The resulting store spans nearly 197,000 square feet, making it one of H Mart’s largest footprints in the country.
