Thomas Foods International USA Announces Two Leadership Promotions

SWEDESBORO, N.J. — Thomas Foods International USA (TFI USA) has announced the promotions of Joseph “Joe” Brawne to chief commercial officer and Jonathan Reinbold to global vice president of sustainability. The appointments complete the company’s executive leadership team as TFI USA continues to expand its operations and position the business for long-term growth.
As chief commercial officer, Brawne will lead TFI USA’s commercial strategy and operations, working closely with customers, suppliers and internal teams to support sustainable growth, identify new business opportunities and deliver value across the supply chain.
Brawne has been with TFI for more than 15 years. He relocated to the United States in 2016 to help support the growth of TFI USA and has since served in a series of leadership roles, most recently as senior director of procurement. Earlier this year, he was named to the 2026 Leaders of Tomorrow class, a recognition presented jointly by FMI and the Meat Institute. Brawne studied international business, logistics and supply network management at Griffith University in Australia.
Reinbold joined TFI USA five years ago as corporate director of sustainability for North America. In his new role, he will lead the company’s global sustainability strategy and work with leaders across TFI’s international business to advance environmental stewardship and support the company’s commitment to sustainable practices across the supply chain. The new role supports the company’s retail and foodservice customers as demand for responsibly sourced products continues to grow.
Reinbold earned a bachelor’s degree in science from Penn State University and a master’s degree in environment and community from Antioch University in Seattle. He also holds Global Reporting Initiative certification in G4 sustainability reporting.
