Orlando, FL – Veroni, the leading Italian charcuterie brand in the U.S.*, will return to the International Dairy Deli Bakery Association (IDDBA) Show from June 7–9, 2026, at the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando, Florida (Booth #4849), where the company will unveil a range of product innovations designed to meet evolving consumer preferences and retail needs.
During the show, Veroni will introduce the new line “Salumi&Friends”, the Ultimate Gourmet Italian Aperitivo Experience. It is designed to bring the true essence of Italian conviviality straight to the US tables. Italy’s most cherished traditional salumi—like Salame Milano and Prosciutto— are paired with an exceptional, artisanal Italian Focaccia with cherry tomatoes, Castelvetrano olives and provolone cheese. Available in 12 oz or 6 oz.
The company will also showcase the restyled Antipasto Italiano Mega Platters, now redesigned in a smaller and more compact 7 oz format that is easier to merchandise and better suited for retail shelf display. The range is available in four varieties: Prosciutto Italiano with Provolone Cheese, Salame Milano and Salame Calabrese; Soppressata Italiana with Provolone Cheese, Salame Toscano and Salame Calabrese; Prosciutto Italiano with Coppa Italiana, Salame Milano and Salame Calabrese; and Speck Italiano with Provolone Cheese, Salame Milano and Pepper Salame.
“IDDBA is a key opportunity for us to connect with retailers and industry partners while showcasing the continuous evolution of our product portfolio,” said Emanuela Bigi, Marketing Director at Veroni. “This year’s launches reflect our commitment to innovation, convenience, sustainability, and authentic Italian quality. Our new product lines are designed to meet the growing demand for premium, ready-to-enjoy options that bring people together and recreate the convivial atmosphere of the Italian Aperitivo ritual, a moment of sharing, informal gathering, and authentic social connection centered around quality food and drink, a tradition of which Veroni is proud to be recognized as an ambassador in US.”
Another highlight at IDDBA will be the new Prosciutto Trio, a curated tasting assortment featuring Serrano Prosciutto, Italian Prosciutto and Speck in a convenient three-section pack designed to offer consumers an authentic prosciutto tasting experience. Available both in a paperboard format and in a transparent graband-go tray, the new offering combines premium variety with convenience for entertaining and on-the-go occasions.
Veroni will also showcase its Pre-Sliced Uncured Line, made without added nitrates or nitrites except for those naturally occurring in celery juice powder and salt. Like all Veroni products, the assortment is crafted using humanely raised pork, without added hormones and fed a vegetarian diet. The products are also produced and HPP processed in Italy, then freshly sliced and packaged at Veroni’s U.S. facility to guarantee freshness and convenience. Featuring easypeel, resealable packaging made with 80% recycled PET, the assortment includes six 4 oz trays: Uncured Italian Mortadella, Uncured Italian Salame Milano, Uncured Italian Salame Calabrese, Uncured Italian Salame Trio, Uncured Italian Soppressata, and Uncured Italian Pepper Salame.
Additionally, Veroni introduces its diced line, featuring Pancetta, Prosciutto Italiano, and a mixed salami pack including Salame Calabrese, Salame Milano, and Fennel Salame. The products are designed to offer versatility and convenience for everyday cooking and entertaining, making them the perfect topping for a variety of dishes.
Following IDDBA, Veroni will also participate in the Summer Fancy Food Show, taking place June 28– 30, 2026, at the Javits Center in New York City (Booth 2812–2814).
