Lottie’s Meats, a sister-founded pork sausage brand, announced its expansion into Target stores across Northern California, Washington and Oregon. The brand was founded by Cassie and Chelsey Maschhoff and is rooted in their six-generation Illinois family farm. The launch marks the brand’s largest retail expansion to date and builds on Lottie’s presence in more than 300 existing retailers and restaurants nationwide. 

At Target, the assortment includes all four of Lottie’s pork sausages in the refrigerated meat aisle, including two fully cooked sausages—The Lottie and Bratwurst—and two expertly seasoned ground pork blends: Calabrian and Everyday.

“Bringing Lottie’s Meats to Target marks a major milestone for our small business,” said Cassie Maschhoff, co-founder of Lottie’s. “Over the past two years, we’ve grown thoughtfully from local specialty retailers to independent regional chains, and we’re excited this expansion will make our chef-crafted pork sausages more accessible to home cooks who care about real ingredients, quality and flavor.”
