Sourdough Superstar Rachel Pardoe (aka ‘Sourdough Enzo’) Announces Cookbook Launch

Rachel Pardoe—the face behind Sourdough Enzo, the platform that has taken social media and YouTube by storm, showcasing incredible scoring designs, scrumptious recipes, and creative discard ideas—has been helping home bakers perfect their sourdough skills through her videos, reels and posts. Now, she’s putting pen to paper for her first cookbook, “Sourdough Everything: Sweet and Savory Recipes for Beautiful Breads and Other Bakes,” which is now available for preorder and releases in March 2026.
