Cruze Dairy Farm has added a much-loved holiday beverage to its line of products with the introduction of eggnog. Colleen Cruze, co-owner/operator of the family business said it's a simple recipe much like the one they have used at their home.

"It's what we have made at home during Christmas, with eggs, whole milk and nutmeg. It's pretty simple but I think people will like it. It's a fun tradition to keep alive," she said.

The eggs used in the product are sourced from Tickiwoo Farms in Athens.

Cruze said they've made one batch of the eggnog and it will be sold in pint size only. More will be made if the demand is there. She also said the vanilla milk that has become a popular seasonal product for them will hopefully be in stores soon.
