NY Cheesecake Company Thriving In New NJ Digs

You know what they say — when one cheesecake factory closes, another, even better one, opens.
At least that's the case in Burlington City, where famous New York cheesecake company Junior's is getting settled into its new location along the Delaware River after picking up and moving their production operation 72 miles southeast earlier this year.
Junior's took over the massive facility Mother's Kitchen cheesecake company left vacant when they packed up and moved to Texas, taking 200 jobs with them, and the famed New York company's arrival has thrilled both area residents and its owner, Alan Rosen.
